Egypt Embasy

The lady is very rude. Her name is Charlene. She doesn't apologise even if there is a wrong on their side. Today I had a colleagues passport of which she told me to come and fetch it at 3pm, but when I got there she refused to give me saying that it is already on the system. She comes up with excuses not to give you your passport. She could have easily said that before I even went there to collect and not tell me to come and collect when she knows very well that she wont give me. Absolutely rude, I have been there twice and I get the worst treatment. This is not a kind of person who should be working for an Embassy. A bad name for Egypt. She is also withholding peoples properties illegally, that passport doesnt belong to her it must be given back.

Very bad experience with an extremely unhelpful and rude lady. She is a Caucasian lady by the name of Charlene. She is not Egyptian and she needs training in customer service clearly as I can see multiple complaints about her.

It would be nice if they actually answer the phones, What's the use of an Embassy when you cant get hold of them.

When I and my male colleague went there last week for our personal visa applications, the lady there was super friendly and helpful but when I went there alone today to submit my client's application she was so rude. Maybe is had a rough morning or maybe she is only friendly to men. From 5 star last week to 1 star this week, average it to okay

Please dont leave ything in your cars while at the embassy broke through my rear window and stole my laptop basically in front of the embassy! The Embassies service was good

The lady who is doing the visa applications at the embassy booth is extremely rude and complains about everything. Absolutely horrible service and unpleasant experience!!!

This is the worst embassy. The lady at the front doesn’t even speak to the applicants properly or assist accordingly when we proceeded to ask her if there’s any other way to get a visa for my mom who has an Indian visa. She talks about doing her job but all she does is make faces when doing it and speaks absolutely rudely. What a bad name for Egyptians. There’s no information given to the applicants about where to apply and we wasted two trips because they’re only open for two hours.

It took me 3 hours to drop my passport. Upon collection the time specified on my receipt said 9-12 they chased me away and pointed at the flyer attached to their window it has a typo on, collection is between 3pm and 4pm. This was a very bad experience. People cut the queues, they don't open on time, and the embassy staff are extremely rude, especially to women!! If you have to go here, best of luck to you! Remain calm and you'll get through it!

Consular Officer is kind, gentle minded. ACCURATE, PATIENT, FRIENDLY. Manages to calmly address the concerns kudos to her.

Withheld my passport for 3 weeks without any reasoning given. Then they had the audecity to release it on the day of my flight 4 hours prior and I'm all they in Cape Town. I had no choice but to delay my flight. Poor service, poor costumer experience, and they never pick up their phones!! Prepare to lose a lot of money with this embassy.
