Went to submit my Application today and was so impressed with the service. The lady who greeted me at the door was so friendly and helpful. Pretty who was on Counter 8 was absolutely amazing, and I had my submission processed with a Case number in less than 40 minutes.

Very bad experience. Commissioner not interested when I tried to speak. Just open to the employer. Translator was marked on form Never got one. Informed me 4x I am was found guilty and should not come here and demand a settlement. I am going for arbitration later and I pray I get a professional commissioner with a fair trial.

The line wasnt very long but couldnt help much

Today I had a conciliation with a commissioner by the name of Boniswa Nogwaza. I was nervous about what to expect however Boniswa was indescribable. I've never in my life met someone so amazing. She made me forget where I actually was. Loosing a job can be hard on a person and she understood exactly how I felt and I left there feeling so much better. She is an inspiration. Big ups to ccma for having such incredible staff. Wow.

Poor and pathetic service provider. Set down notices are not filed. No correspondence or inadequate. The phone Durban office plays music and you wait for a response indefinitely. Had to go to the offices for an inquiry.

If you have issues relating to employment/labour grievances the Commission for Concealiation, Mediation and Arbitration is the place to go. It's by Aqua Sky Building next to Multichoice in Anton Lembede/Smith Street. Expect a long queue though.

My first visit to CCMA Durban branch the service was excellent and all the staff were very attentive. Been updated on a regularly basis since via sms and email.Thank you.

Service was excellent

They're very helpful from the security guard to the Commissioner. They are all well informed and control the numbers very well.

Your information / advise agents are incredibly rude... Shocking!!! I couldn't even explain my situation due to how rude the agent was.
