I bought a Ford Bantam Bakkie, which needed an alarming amount of repairs, Cecil's spares had all I needed but sometimes at a high price, between a rock and hard place I was compelled to fork out as they were the only ones that had what I needed, except the Ford Dealership in Diep River but as you know their prices will be worst. So when you need a Ford part pop in at Cecil's the staff are friendly and helpful Cecil himself is known to go that extra mile for clients, just the prices are sometimes crippling.

I asked for a vendor I put down a deposit on my item on my way to collect the item he says he sold my item I took to long to collect it even though we just spoke 2 weeks prior to him selling it He still has not paid my deposit money This type of service one receives from the place not cool Oh his argument is I can't put an item in deposit for so long but never had the courtesy to call me and ask me anything or at least discuss it with me

I used to have an old Ford Sierra station wagon of which spare parts were very difficult and expensive to obtain. Three times I found what I was looking for at Cecil's place at a fraction of the price. Cecil's Spares definitely gets a thumbs-up from me.

I called Cecil Ford in a panic after every supplier in the Western Cape confirmed they do not have stock of a window. Called Cecil via Whatsapp call, he answered, asked his team to strip the vehicle and I collected the unit from his home after hours. This is the level of service we need in South Africa. Friendly, smart service. At the best possible cost. Amazing.

Lovely and very neat place, owners are very customer friendly, fair prices for there products and the owner Cecil is very hands on. It's always a pleasure for me to shop there, come in you won't regret your experience. Luv you guys.

Called the cell number in the description. The guy knew exactly what part it is and that it will fit my model vehicle. He had them put it aside for me.

The part that owner said was in stock wasn't. I had to make an extra effort to go somewhere else to buy the part. I drove so far to be disappointed. Owner made the effort for me to collect it somewhere else. He should have given me a bit of discount for making extra effort. You always want to support smaller businesses, but service delivery must be up to standard!
