Cell C Northridge Mall

Give me a phone for free.

I have taken out a contract at the cell c in Northridge mall in December 2020. After alot of " we are offline" I eventually got the phone and contract for my daughter . After specifically asking to keep her old number, the contract was issued with a new number which we were unaware of seeing that i specified the number must stay the same. Needless to say my daughter never received any benefits on her phone. After many calls to cell c customer service we realized my daughter received a new number. I called cell c to rectify this and no one can help me. They want to now charge me to change the number. I have been paying a contract that we didnt use at all because of their negligence and I must get charged to change a number!!!! The service of cell c is rediculous!! I will not renew any of the 5 contracts I have with cell c. I have struggled with this company long enough. Northridge definitely did not make my experience better.

Store failed to capture my banking info correctly causing the debit order not to go off on the scheduled date. Cell C then disconnected my Data sim 100gb and my Cell phone contract. We went instore to fix the problem, the debit order eventually went off more than 2 weeks later. We asked the gentleman working at Cell C Northridge if our data would carry over since it was poor admin that led to none payment, he said it would. 200MB of my Cellphone contract carried over but 21GB of my data sim did not. When we enquired about that at the start of the month we were promised it would carry over before Wednesday 6 March. It has not yet carried over and when my wife went to enquire she was told sarcastically that these things take time. So I am losing because a company fails to do their admin properly and gives false promises. Poor service and no idea how to treat a customer or give feedback.
