This is an unethical company who charges exorbitant amounts for equipment that can be purchased from equivalent suppliers for less than a quarter of the price. Their contracts are vague and as soon as you try to cancel you get threatened with blacklisting and legal action. I do not recommend that anyone do any business with this company.
Avoid Centrafin like the plague. An extortionist company making you pay for equipment lying in their warehouse.
We had a problem in that our debit orders were not stopped when they should have been and carried on going for many months too many resulting in a rather large overpayment situation. To their credit, Centrafin dealt with the issue in a professional and ETHICAL manner, and we received our refund soon thereafter. Well done Centrafin.
My opinion - these people are THIEVES that is the most polite word I can think of at this point - WILL NEVER do business with them again, and I advise ANYONE who has intentions of doing so to rethink their decision! The contract detail printed on the reverse side of the rental agreement is so fine, you would have to magnify it 100 times to read it! After our 5 year contract expired a contract which we are not sure what we paid for - if the phones were faulty we had to repair them AT OUR OWN COST, the contract apparently was for the rental of the phones only - the rest of the services was at our own cost - once the contract had ended we had to have the set up removed AT OUR OWN COST - had to return the goods IN WORKING order AT OUR OWN COST. Then came the return conditions - too complicated to go into that one - long and the short of it is that as soon as you meet one criteria, they come with another excuse why you had to be billed for a additional month - in short - you pay "rental" in excess of R100000.00 for NOTHING!!! and... if you return the goods on the SAME date as the invoice - you are liable for another month!!??!!
Beware of their T&C's. You do not get a copy and the payments can run way past the original signed contract term period with even a 90 day cancellation thereafter. Will never do business with them ever again.
Communicating with Centrafin's "Legal Manager", Jelique Buitendach is like dealing with an uneducated, spoiled, overpaid snowflake with zero customer service skills. I would rather see her starve than recommending her for further employment. Dealing with Centrafin in general, has been a bit of a jigsaw mystery set with a blank box. They are never available, deduct random amounts from your account and their paperwork is shady as hel. Their lack in customer service from managers are inappropriate, unacceptable and laughably ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!! If I could give a zero, I would.
Rip off, they're bloody thieves. Will dip their filthy hands into your account and steal your money every month. Never ever, ever do business with these crooks!
Do not do business with this company!! Our contract was paid out in full when our IP telephone system was transfer to another company, but they still debit our account. After numerous calls and emails this is still ongoing almost a year later. We will institute legal action and if possible we would have given them 0 out of 5.
Great Operating Rentals, Hire and Service Agreements, Short term project finance
Different companies working together but they give you 3 different numbers and still none of them are the right one.
