Very bad service, they are unable to solve simple query, one needs to follow-up 100 times before they revert to you but still no solution. I would not recommend SA Taxi insurance to anyone. I have emailed Dumisile Masango multiple times but still no feedback. I'm seeking another insurance...

Scammers of note, mom bought a taxi in 2019 Nov from them, then because of Covid, the business nose dived, we tried to negotiate for a recapitalised loan / installment or term extension, all they do is forever threaten reattachment of the vehicle despite them being paid monthly without fail for the past 2 years. Now they wanna repo the vehicle whilst we have paid well over R200k over that period. I won't let them win.

I worked here for 03 months and left. You should consider treating your customers with better respect and lower your rates. Theres no need to rob them and then still disrespect them. Just saying.

The consultant are very rude and with poor telephone etiquette. is like they have been trained somewhere to be rude. I so wish i could mention their names here maybe they would improve. Such big and friendly office for Impolite call centres agents. Sibongiseni Mthetwa has always been wonderful and helpful. i think the call center agents should learn a lot from him.
