The "check in" was easy, the guy was fast. They have a practical waiting area with soft drinks including water. Payment was swift. After all this, my car wouldn't start. One guy approached me to ask if all is okay. I thought the car would eventually give. Anyway, I ended up approaching another guy who got me the older man who helped me. Handled it with such grace. I could go on praising him. Anyway, I drove out soon thereafter. Promising myself that I'd be back. next time my car needed washing.

I’ve just got home and noticed multiple scratches all over my car. The inside of the car is still dusty and there were smudge marks on the interior and exterior. Extremely poor service. I will not be taking my car to this place again and if you care about your car I suggest you do the same.

The inconsistency of carpet washing service prices is horrible. I have always been charged R200 for a medium sized wash, I went back they charged me R400. It’s so ridiculous!!!!

They scratched my entire car's dashboard and screens. If you love your cars interior I would encourage you to avoid this car wash at all costs!Services: Car waxing

Complacency. I always have to remind to open my sunroof to clean with every carwash.

Great service. Busy place but I think it's value for your money at 90 rands for a premium wash i think it was called. Waiting area also alright, wish they had some nice wings hahaha would have fit the mood.

Paid R500.00 for what they call a Super Wash which includes Engine Bay Wash, Thorough Interior Cleaning and Body Polish only to find my car looking like my 7 year old Son washed it. When I approached the "Manager" lady and the Owner guy, I was given attitude and just bad customer service. I wouldn't even want to go back there nor refer people...the attitude stinks, the Lady Manager spoke to me with so much disrespect let alone unprofessionally. Fancy for nothing car wash

Absolutely LOVE this carwash!!! While we were waiting for our car, the friendly lady changed the channel on the TV, to Cartoon Network, so my kids had something to entertain them. Friendly, professional, car looks AMAZING!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I used to love using this car wash but over recent months they have become so busy that I have found I leave them, after having my car washed, not as chuffed as I used to be. Areas in and around the vehicle have been missed or skipped and they are in obvious areas that should have been cleaned. Their waiting area is also now too small to accommodate patrons that are waiting for their cars to be finished. 1 year ago I would have given 5 stars but sadly their service excellence has dropped and therefore so does my rating.
