Only been here once but the reception was great. Took the boys to look at the bikes. The service was awesome.

I would be very cautious with these chaps. I took my bike in for a check up to see if there are any serious issues. I was told among other things I need ti replace my starter motor. My total invoice came to R26,000. After taking my bike to a dealer down the road I asked for a full check up without mentioning my previous quote. The starter was perfectly fine and just needed new bushes. My total invoice was R5000 including changing my battery. This was extremely disappointing as I even went to RAD to discuss the concerns and was told there is no other way other than replacing the starter

Great customer Service is a rare find. Shane Marx was an absolute pleasure to deal with and really went above and beyond to help my partner and I get our goodies before Christmas holidays. Thank you to Shane and RAD you have a customer for life !!

Absolute awesome experience with you guys! From the start with Jean going totally out of his way to accommodate me with a new purchase. Always being available for every possible question I have to even assisting me with the first service. Then Callie being very patient and assisting me with the service of the bike and keeping me up to date. You guys made a customer for life!
