U purchase in one of their store because they don't have a    generator  during loadshedding  the receipt the give u the have to fill it u ask If you can exchange  anywhere they say yes but when u get to another  store tell   you a different  story     this is redicilous  a store that has so many branches  but still can't afford generator

Please teach your staff about your policies. They can't even differentiate between return and refund policy but it's written in front of their eyes. When you asked about them, they give attitude and your staff is so unprofessional. I will never set my foot again in Rage store Philippi plaza.

I'm not happy with the quality of rage shoes.im so annoyed I bought shoes on the 3rd of this month 03/04/2022wore the shoes for only a week the sole was torn I could feel rain water  to a point that a have taken the boots to a shoe maker to put a new sole on them I just knew that taking them back to the store I was to not be helped so I'm done I'm disappointed .im never buying shoes from your shop.

Worked here for a little bit. Nothing I can say about the place is good. The only good thing that came from my time at the company was the lessons that I learnt from it.  Steer clear if at all possible. Remember, supporting their stores means you support their ideals... which makes you guilty by association.

Sindiswa has the worst customer service ever... she called me based on my account and after she doesn't even give me an option of how much I should pay she just tels me straight that she will hand my account  over...  Sindiswa you are very Rude....

Theres no joy in this store from staff at the stores to the Head Office,they cant help their old customers nor keep them happy I bought a dress on my birth month and i was away when i wanted to just EXCHANGE the size they tell me it expired 2 days ago...So no exceptions for their customers,im so dissappointed.!!!!!!!!!

They refuse to exhange without invoive even dought i have the EFT slip.  They make no effort to assist.  Brought pair of shoes on sayurdsy went bacm Su day to exchsnge for smaller size.  Will nevef support them again.  Staff working there as great but Rage SA suck.

Worst customer service at Rage Heidelberg Mall Gauteng.I will never shop at Rage anymore

I bought shoes at Rage Maponya Mall on the 01.09.18, the shoes did not fit so I decided to return the shoes today, 11.09.18 at Rage Bree street. I was assisted by the store manager Hleziphi Malapeng, who said she reports to any manager, only to find out she reports to Sam Ramaboa, who did not know what to do so she decided to call customer care. She spoke to Rachel Mkhumbuzi, who i must say was VERY RUDE, they told me I can not get a refund for the shoes, I need to take something else or a gift card. I told them I did not want any of those I want my money back, Rachel the referred me to her manager Mmamoloko Ramabu, who was also RUDE and she told me they WILL NOT refund me. The receipt says something else with regards to returns. I don't want anything from Rage as their items are poor quality. Mmamoloko told me I should go ahead and report them, my query will come back to her and she will not deal with it. I am so disgusted with the service I received from Rage. I did not wear the shoes, the shoes are still new, so I really do not understand why can't I get my money back.

My Rage account is fully paid up and yet they have listed me on the credit bureau. I am now unable to open new accounts as a result of this. When I call head office to have this sorted out, no one answers. This is a despicable establishment
