I have made a lay bye on the 2nd of January 2018, the i decided to cancel it hence i found something else in another shop. I have been struggling to get a refund, every time i go to the shop to request a refund the response is they don't have the money i  must come back, i went to the store 3 times already this is costing me money. So i believe this is unfair business practice as i did leave my details to be contacted as soon as they have cash up until now no response. Bad experience i don't think i will support this shop in future.

Very friendly and informative staff and really comfortable shoes! Also, there some nice extras on the shelves which makes for a nice addition to any formal outfit. I'll definitely be going back.
