Always long ques there. Some with morning's appointments had been sent back and come in again in the afternoon. Then the afternoon appointments will be further delayed. They don't let you in according to the queue. However I still rate it as 5 star as some of their workers are really working hard under the situation.

Great, speedy service, only problem that I experienced was that they don't have a generator for load shedding, so I went from the front of the queue to the back. Other than that very happy with the service recieved.

A really good experience. I went for the renewal of my drivers license. The online booking was easy. I did an eye test in advance and downloaded the DL1 form- this saves time. Ensure you have a copy of your ID both sides and fill out the form before you go. Arrive one hour early because they start calling for people based on their appointment time slot. Yes, you do wait a bit but the service consultants were super quick and overall I was out not long past the appointment time I had set.

Fast and efficient. They could however do something about the outside appearance of the building...garden is more weeds than plants. And clean off all the bird droppings with a high pressure water cleaner.

I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed at how clean the place was and at how friendly and efficiently the whole process went. I went to renew my drivers license and got the just before 09.00 and by 09.45 I was out of there and I was about 15th in the queue.‍ Well done guys

Only took me 6 hours to renew my licence... Today I went to collect and the PLANNED loadshedding is an excuse not to find and give it to me. Come back later from Kempton Park!

Such a difficult department to deal with. You can only book online for learners licence and have to pay within 3 days of booking but can't pay online while booking. So that means having to go in twice. Our booking was cancelled "by the system" because they were closed during the 3 day payment window. So I rebooked online while I was there so I could pay and ensure we didn't have to come back again until the test. Only to have loadshedding kick in before I got to the front of the cashier queue. And I don't know why I expected that they'd have a generator... they don't. Wait 2hrs or come back another day.

I am not impressed with the service. Very rude staff with atitudes. Had to turn around after standing in a que to go and have my eyetest done elsewhere. Then trying to register a brand new trailer they were telling me to go and have the manufacturers certificate signed in Ga-Rankuwa. Went to Bedford straight from there and received awesome service and all done in less than an hour.

Only applicant can get in line I came with elderly grandmother so this was a bit of a problem, however make sure to bring a copy of ID, and proof of an appointment. If possible also try to print application from website and get an eye test done at optometrist beforehand.

Initial rating was a 4 star. I have decided to bring it down to a 2 star. Has quick turnaround when going to apply. Now that I need to actually follow up you can not get hold of them. Phone is permanently busy. It never rings.
