Good friendly fast service!

This place use to be a great dealership with fantastic communication. Unfortunately it's not the same, I've been waiting 6 weeks for a part on my car and when I first inquired they said it would take 7 working days... Noone bothers to update me and I have to continuously followup and even then its like pulling teeth!!! Ridiculous.

Sent my car in about 2 weeks ago as there is a winding sound coming from the front. They don't like to call you to give you updates as I had to keep on calling them. They eventually say it's a bearings issue, and 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to confirm if they are fixing my car or not. They don't even offer to give you a lift back after dropping of your car. Pretty useless

DAN from the service department gives excellent service. Young, vibrant and on top of his game! What a pleasure to service your car there. Ivan, the service manager, takes good care of his clients. He makes sure you are satisfied with the workmanship and that you receive your car in an excellent condition.

Personally, I’ve had a horrible after-sales service. I took my car in for something that had to be replaced and it came back with 4 more problems on top of the same problem i took it in for. I’ve been calling for two consecutive days and I still haven’t received any feedback. I’ve left messages for the manager and the two representatives that were supposed to be assisting me, nothing. Worst experience ever.

Ben was the gentleman that helped me ...one of the most professional and friendly service I received in a long time..extremely happy with him The account and insurance department is so good I only filled one form the rest was done and I had no paperwork problems it was also very professional and friendly service from Estelle what a great service from the staff I'm definitely recommending anyone to go to them.....thank you and keep up the best customer service you guys deliver

I came for the ball joints for H6 both for up and lower and I was assisted by Shelving Swanepoel. He had time for me first when I called and when I went to the shop. Keep it up guys. I am impressed

I bought a Jolion Super Luxury from this dealership in December 2022. The car is dysfunctional, it just shifts the gear to neutral while driving at a very high speed and afterward refuses to start. On 27 Feb, I requested a diagnosis of what is happening with the car, and the Service Manager Stoffel advised me that nothing was wrong/faulty with the car after he claimed to have checked everything. On 8 April, I had a similar experience where the car shifted itself to N while on D7 and then refused to start. I took the car back to the dealership and then requested on 12 April 2022 for the car to be replaced or refunded. Up to today, I haven't received any response from Izak dealership manager. I would not advise anyone to do business with this dealership
