C.H.A.N.G.E.S. hosts an Inpatient, Outpatient Treatment facility and Halfway House. We are registered with a practice number. Most medical aids will cover Inpatient Treatment. We offer, personalised, affordable, dignified, hands on treatment of drug addictions, alcohol dependency, sex/porn addictions, food addictions and co-dependecy. We are honoured to offer a family support group on Wednesdays FREE of charge, all welcome. Please call for information. After hours: 2782 449 9431

This is an extremely vital service that is woefully underfunded !!! The staff do there best with what they are given, but due to the budget issues the problems others have raised on here do happen. We should really be complaining to the local council / government as they are constantly cutting costs which causes so much pain and serious issues for the people who need the help most !! Instead of putting people in prison costing at least £35,000 per person per year why not put them on tag and force them into this service and put the money not spent on banging them up so they come out exactly the same or worse into this service and rehab service's !!
good experience. Annie is amazing person. I was send there by court and just wanted my sentence to be done ASAP, than I find out that is good to talk.. really.. works for me ...thanx... Place may not be perfect, but people are THERE FOR YOU. trying to help and RESPECT YOU no matter how FREAKY you are.. Its free.. ITS UP TO YOU WHAT YOU DO WITH YOUR LIFE.... open your eyes, be nice xxx

Their system just doesn’t work. Especially if you are really ill with a dual diagnosis. I wish to God I could just go through mental health services or GP for help, but if you live in Croydon you have to go through lantern hall. One of the biggest issues is how long it takes to get through the assessments and be appointed a key worker, then if you lose touch for a couple weeks they strike you off their records and you have to start the whole bloody process again. This is hard to do if you are a complete mess. They do love to make you jump through hoops, and when you are a wreck, it’s hard to pick up the phone and ask for help in the first place.
Ive had loads on inside help, but the new telephone service system really doesnt work. Ive been on the phone calling them for a few days and then asking for a call back because no one picked up the phone. And still no one has called!! I need some phone support before the weekend!!!
I love this service Currently battle a heavy Addiction and cannot stay clean without them
Great team, know there stuff and there to help, always seems like everyone working there is over worked and doing 3 jobs at once but clients here should be very greatful.
I was meant to be on their talent pool , been waiting two years not one reply, God help their clients
Sooooo gutted they will have a death on there hands my poor friend if anything happens because of the lack of care and support in will expose them to papers..
