I offer my services as a coach, more specifically in the area of overcoming substance abuse, but not exclusively.
I have a history in overcoming substance abuse (drugs and alcohol) and would like to help others achieve the same. What I love about coaching is that it works on the principle that each of us are unique and therefore will have our own recipe for achieving success. I do not tell my clients what to do but rather give them the space to find the path themselves. I have clients who have substance abuse issues and others who don't. Having a coach to talk to can bring significant benefits to your life. Let's face it - we all need that someone to talk to. :-)
