Absolutely pathetic!! NO RESPONSE what soever when it comes to paying back your deposit. They're in breach of their own contract regarding the paying back of the deposit within 2 weeks. I've been battling with them non stop, the accounts lady nor the principal couldn't be bothered with responding to phone calls or emails. They couldn't even be asked to respond to my attorney! Stay Away!!!

DO NOT use their service, you will regret it. I had so many problems with their accounting department making mistakes on their invoices. They once even added my credit from a previous moth as debit the following month, and I had to explain to the lady how credit works. Now after I moved out, the inspection was done and it was reported that no maintenance was needed and that I will receive my full deposit. 14 days after the fact and I have not even received a cent! I called their office and they can't tel me when it will be payed. I will have to get a lawyer just to get my deposit back.

Property Legends will offer no support when it comes to what is in your best interest. They will keep making excuses and prohibit the market from viewing your property. They are known to disrupt other agents and therefore don’t allow for exposure for your property. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Would not recommend.

Goodluck getting your deposit back. They take forever. Rented a place from them and the owners entered our property without consent. Nothing was done about it. Disgusting service from their agent. Telling me to go to the tribunal. Lol. What a joke. Nobody answers the phone so I must fly from Cape Town to lay a complaint with a useless department. If you're desperate stay desperate because I'd rather live on the street than rent from them. Sick and tired of shady rental agencies and owners. Goodbye Pretoria and good riddance.

Stay away from this agency. They are liars. They placed people in my property without conducting any checks and lease. In fact they gave me another person's TPN details and copy of ID. Use them at your own risk!

Utterly disappointed in Property legends, they do not care about their tenants and will allow a breach of contract from the owner! Do not use them!!!!

Christine is the single most incompetent agent I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We were taken to the wrong property and she knew nothing about the property and her role as an agent. Every aspect of their service is unprofessional and I would caution all readers to think twice before using their service.

Worst agency ever, how does it work that we send in an application for a house on Friday and await approval as they don't do it over weekends and someone else sends in an application today but they get the house?! This is not how it works and they have no explanation or excuse, I will definitely NOT be recommending you

I would suggest that you use another Rental Agency! I definitely do not recommend them!
