To save you the effort, because there are NO signs or posts to guide you, I will rather help you find this spectacular - but 'cold' office. If you parked on the ground floor, then find the escalators at the entrance of the building. Once you arrive upstairs make your way to the left hand side and keep going until you find a flight of stairs almost hidden in the corner of the centre. Go up the stairs and the glass doors to their office will be in front of you. Once inside, don't expect a friendly welcome. The interior office space is top class, but the staff are a proud bunch so don't be offended when they address you in a condescending manner. There is absolutely zero respect for you as a tenant. I have been receiving incorrect invoices since 2019 to date and the email correspondence with the accounts lady has been rather stern and obviously fruitless. I must mention, however, that the boardrooms and the general interior office space is picture perfect and notably hygienically clean, but that is as good as it gets. Good luck!
My sister Thuto has lived at Tangelo Place for almost a full year. she has countless maintenance issues that were noted from commencement of the lease. To her surprise the care taker who has never contacted her lied and said she has agreed to an inspection and had her younger sister not been there when they came she would have never known that there was someone in the unit because if a person is capable of lying like that they are capable of entering the unit without the tenants knowledge which they have done before and she only found out the next day when she called Dawie that the previous day they had been in my unit. Dawie had asked her permission to enter my unit but said he would be going between Monday and Wednesday but did not confirm thereafter which specific day he will be going. It brings many questions to mind on how many times they have entered the unit without her permission and knowledge. The unit had a leak months back in that unit which took them 3 weeks to fix and the resultant damage to the kitchen BICs was even worse and she has since been staying in a unit with mold BICs and people keep coming to inspect for all these months and actually not fixing the problem yet they have never missed a debit day. Why are you comfortable with taking people's money when you know your service is not good at all? Should we report it to the PPRA board 1st before anything gets done yet? As a tenant its her right to live in a safe place that won't threaten her health is being violated. Donald had advised that yes the unit is in bad shape but with all the in inspection notes that it would be fixed. Get Donald back for your own good that guy was on point and communicate at all times with his tenants. Next thing they will be wanting to take from my deposit meanwhile she has been leaving her balcony door open so that their walls stop making the paint bubble and floor stop molding between the tiles. the paint on the walls has been bubbling since day one and the kitchen BIC was in very bad shape as if it’s not a new unit . DO better!!! it’s very clear they didn't want to fix anything in the unit while she is still there but are now invading her space because her lease is coming to an end so they can fix it up for the next person. How do you value a new client over the one who you know has been loyal??
Poor service, they claim to be the managing agents yet they don't have skills to manage. They always send incorrect invoices with ridiculous amounts. I really don't know why they are still in this business because they don't have knowledge at all. If you question them they become rude which shows that they don't have customer service. If you are willing to buy or rent a property please makesure that it's not managed by Vision Properties otherwise you'll be stressed for the rest of your life
Terrible service from so called management - I’ve reported issues and nothing gets done! Communication is below poor and no one seems to care! My power has just gone off with no reason and there is no one to contact. Now I’m stuck with uncompleted work and I don’t know if this will be sorted by morning because I have loadshedding soon. I’m so disappointed
Stay away from dealing with this company. Frank one of the agents is extremely rude. He either doesn't respond to messages or calls poor responsive time, cut me short and hung up while i was making an enquiry. I sent him my application and he never got back to me when i asked when he'd do that he said " when they send it back to me". I dealt with another estate agency and they gave me feedback approval within a few hours! I am not surprised at the reviews. The service speaks for itself.
I have been sitting for weeks at Tangelo Place with BICs that are molding because of a leak that went on for 3 weeks from the unit above me and they just keep sending people to inspect and not fix this mess and on top of it all I am sitting in a unit that's smells very bad because of a blocked toilet I reported two weeks ago and was told by Lindy to refer it to the new maintenance man Dawie who promised to fix this but to date I am sitting in a unit that smells horrible from a black that is bringing poo from another unit to my unit and me complaining seems weird. I am so over this place!!! Now I know why people are moving out of this place
So this is an updated version of my events with vision properties. Only one person tries to help the rest not doing a thing. Have been busy for 8 months with these people to get a heat pump fixed but nothing has come from that. They promised me that It would be fixed, got a mail that said I wont pay for hot water as the meter is not working, that fell through immediately as they could not keep their promise. Spoke to Martie at vision properties and have been promised that they will have a meeting on the 25th of June...Its been several months later and no fix. To add to to insult, I had to pay a set amount every month but got more and more as time progressed. When I said I am refusing to pay I got a email from the same person telling me it might be a leak in the toilet. These people are so useless they refuse to fix their problems, which is even worse is that we were promised a new shower door when we moved in, nothing has happened. We had to get a plumber because the plumbing was messed up. They cut corners and ignore us. Also the heat pump has been like this for 3 years!!!! How many people have they ignored for this same unit also for how long!!!!!! You will soon read about this also in a few newspapers as I am making sure that these people will be answering to all the people they have ignored over the years!.
Jolene has the worst customer services and refuses to give me my deposit. EDIT: After the response with the email address. I was still NOT assisted
