You guys don't even deserve a star  you've been lacking lately, people purchase units without tenants being informed, they only know when you are knocking on the door with new buyers. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come live here. If not only that there's a lot of power cuts from city of Tshwane, it's starting to seem like you don't pay services on time,

I wouldn't recommend this place. The service is terrible, there's no clear communication on anything, things are changed without tenants being informed, they don't even inform you when your unit is purchased until you get a letter mid month telling you to vacate the premises by month end. Moving to another unit inspection is done, you note down what needs to be fixed that wasn't during maintenance when the previous tenants moved, when you log a service request for those they tell you about billing but they were never fixed for your convenience. Another thing, a free 1 month fumigation for all units shouldn't have been scrapped off the charts.

Lemon Tree Apartment has a credibility and I admire how they take care of their tenants. I had some technical quandaries previous and they were sorted out instantly. Their staff is so passionate about assisting their clients.  Furthermore, I appreciate the tranquility at the place. It makes it easier for me to enjoy my stay.

The worst place you could ever rent.... Always struggling with electricy.. Maintenance doesn't care. No clear communication... The customer service is the worst

Ever since being a resident of Lemon Tree i have received nothing but excellent service. The Agents are like family and attend to your every need, the maintenance team attend to your maintenance request shiftly and are always friendly. The complex and apartments are well maintained and clean. I want to send a HUGE compliment to Tshidi from maintenance and to Sean the agent that signed me up. Looking forward to living here for another few years. Keep it up!!

Terrible place to live. Don't do it. Everything is falling apart from cheap shower heads falling off and electrical faults, roof leaks. And this is all happening in the 6 months I am living here.

Best place to live in PTA east, fiber friendly and great stuff.

a Pleasant experience. They have a very good location, are modern and clean, the security is good and the management is always prepared to listen and help where they can. There service is excellent. The on site office makes the paperwork very easy. I will definitely say it is a good place to start if you are looking for a place that is close to a lot of shops and when you are just starting out - a first time home owner. Please go and have a look.

Excellent service ,great communication throughout the process and to top it the apartment just perfect for me as a first year student The agents are so polite and you instantly feel relaxed in their presenceFor anyone looking for a cute apartment I recommend lemon tree apartments

Beautiful and very clean apartment I have stayed in,the stuff are very friendly and helpful when ever I need assistance in my unit I get a quick a respond . security aswell doing a very excellent job too .
