It was absolutely fantastic. Our first time there. The meal was delicious, the service absolutely amazing, so friendly. The place is just gorgeous, will absolutely go back again.Service: 5/5
A corporate family day was hosted at this venue. The garden is stunning. You feel as though you're far away from city life when relaxing on the tree swing admiring the arch made of vines.Service: 4/5
Tried to book accomodation for my wedding. Required the bridal suite to get ready and spend the evening.Phoned on a Sunday- was told someone would call me-no one did. Phoned ahead and came through to view. Receptionist was absolutely rude and completely uninterested- and extremely scared of my small schnauzer - to the point that she shouted at me to get outside and put my dog away. It does say the place is pet friendly. So brought her with. I understand that dogs are probable not allowed in the hotel but gives her no excuse to treat a person like that . When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager . People skills are definitely lacking. Needless to say I won’t be booking and won’t be arranging a breakfast with the family for the Sunday.
Beautiful place it really feels like a fantasy world once you drive through those gates, the people are so welcoming, the pizza restaurant is up to speed and ready to serve you. Am really amazed how well this service is.Rooms: 5/5
Such a peaceful place to visit. One really gets the feel of relaxation whilst at the same time still being near amenities like petrol and food Broadacres Centre and Chartwell Corner nearby as well as Malibongwe road being easily accessible for the most part too Safety: Area security is always around. Generally safe. Food & drinks: There is a restaurant on the property which operates separately from the castle. It's rustic and well priced and has simple yet tasty options for both kids and adults. The menu could expand a bit more, but there is some decent option to choose from as it currently stands. Noteworthy details: Dirt road to access the property which can be difficult if there have been heavy rains so if you have the option to use a bigger 4x4 type car in the summer months then go with it. Wife variety of bird life around and other country-type animals like rabbits, frogs and bush babies.
Loved the Restaurant. The hospitality was great, out doors are stunningKid friendly. We do not normally get Managers taking up a spontaneous request to make a Vegan Desert when there is nothing on the menu for Vegans. We were pleasantly surprise and love the enthusiasm to take up the task. Highly recommended!Rooms: 5/5
I contacted the whatsapp line and booked a table, mentioning a request to have a romantic table somewhere in the garden. When we arrived I was blown away by the table placement, the welcoming service, and enticing ambiance! We ordered with a lovely waitress and received our food in a very good amount of time. The food was delicious, very well portioned and well priced! The grounds are well kept, with little bunnies running around! I honestly was taken aback by the attention to detail, the personalized experience and general atmosphere! This place has found a spot very high on my list of favorites! The maze and walkabout on the grounds was very nice also lovely and a great addition to the lunch/restaurant side! I will be back for sure!
Probably one of the best kept secrets, sadly, as Vineyards Restaurant on the premises offers great food and exceptional service. An added bonus is the fact that it is both pet and children friendly. No nicer venue to have a Sunday lunch out in the garden or a fun night out with friends.Service: 5/5

Very friendly and excellent service. We arrived without checking the opening times and arrived 2 hours before they open. Nevertheless they went through the trouble of opening specially for us for breakfast and we had a very enjoyable meal and time. Will definitely be going back
