Chefman Catering

What happened? For years we received good service but now it seems they're going down and becoming fraudsters. We paid for Stainless steel tables and waited for weeks. Then Jana and Warrick indicated they will refund us. We received a proof of payment from Jana but now, a week later, no payment into our account and NEDBANK cannot verify their proof of payment that they sent us. This is such a nuisance - going to SAPS and report them for fraud - really? What is happening to them?

Absolutely fantastic Service and after sale service. Jana goes out of her way to help her clients and keep them happy. If they don’t stock it they will find it for you… definitely recommend Jana and her team at Fatman Catering!

FATMAN took an upfront payment for catering equipment, unfortunately, upon collection from their offices the goods did not meet our expectations, the equipment never left their premises and now weeks later they are still avoiding refunding the money. First making promises they don’t keep & now ignoring our phone calls. Completely unacceptable. AVOID this company at all costs. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS says it all.
