Worst food and service ever we ordered sausage mcmffin, and the hashbrown was so oily and the potato seemed dry . Also they don't have wifi or it was switched off , and no plugs upstairs in 2022!. There's also a seating time limit of 60 minutes even when is empty, is this even legal? Anyway, I'm not going back.
Their SA Breakfast is not on point , their onion is always either a very tiny potion or its burned. Everything there is scaled down, from sauces to burger ingredients. They also make small mistakes like forgetting cutlery or serviettes or ketchup, if its not this it always that. They need to concentrate and remember that we know what to expect from McDonald's because we also buy from other branches. See photos attached and make your own opinion, I was not happy. Room for improvement is plenty there.
The drive through service was very bad, it took over 10 minutes and when we finally got our food one burger had one patty and 5 slices of cheese... Oh my goshFood: 1/5
I wish they had those ordering machines like every other McDonald's has. Also have the place renovated or something because it's dark in there. There is no light to show some glow. The food is still good though.Food: 4/5
I bought the Mexican Spicy large meal and what I got was really shocking!! Bad bad service!! The people who prepare the food don’t think about our health and safety and on top of that my burger was missing a cheese slice!!
Great place to work, or eat in. The only problem is that they can't bring your order upstairs.
Don't even bother the food is like they are forcing them to do it for the second time now had the worst fold over evere... the sitting area way too small I mean covid restrictions have gone down most restaurants have opened the sitting area but still following the regulations why cant they do the same we all have to be squshed there at the bottom or sit outside and eat like you at bree taxi rank
We had to wait a while for our McFlurrys as they said they were having problems with their machine.Food: 4/5
the service was bad I waited for my order almost 40 minutes there was no one informing us about the delays m so upsetService: 1/5
Worst service ever...the place should be shut down because its useless...waited over an hour for an order that they forgot
