First time experience in a maternity clothing store at Cherry Melon Cresta and we were very impressed. The sales assistants were friendly and helpful and know the products very well. Initially my wife was only going to fit a couple of items but ended up buying 4 because they fitted so perfectly and were super comfortable. Thank you.
The sales people are very friendly and helpful, and the online store is quick with orders. Love their shirts and dresses, but I've bought 3 pairs of black over the bump leggings, because of the 'over the bump' part and the quality is not worth the price at all. They tear and unravel after 1 or 2 wears.
I can confirm the earlier review's comments about the shop assistants. There were three assistants there when I went and they were all really friendly and helpful. They managed the really tricky balance between being very helpful but not at all pushy. And the clothes are comfortable and beautifully made. I'd highly recommend Cherry Melon.
Beautiful clothing that is well priced and also excellent quality. The service also stood out— Sellina at the Cresta branch is very helpful, and knows all the products well.
I bought two pairs of the high stretch skinny pants black and military. I've literally worn the black pants twice and the stiches on the pockets are falling apart. Wondering if the same will happen with the military pair once I start using them. Judging from the hellopeter reviews, the pants will have the same problem. UPDATE: I just had to come back and re-review. I am so impressed with the customer care team!!! Cherry Melon arranged for the defective pants to be collected and delivered the replacement. All within two days!!! Thank you so much!! I will definitely be recommending you to every mom to be I know!
The lady is very friendly yes but the quality of your clothes is very very very poor for the jegging I've only worn it twice and it's like an old tight already showing those red strings
During lunch break I decided to quickly run to the shop and see if I can find anything flattering for this bump of mine. I browsed the new stock and grabbed a few items in my size, and Lerato immediately took the items and placed them in a changing room so I can continue browsing with free hands. When she realized I was searching and not finding pants in my size, she let me start fitting the clothes while she check the back for pants my size which she found. Lerato also fixed up the clothes I did not take, and had them back on the shelves before I even put my shoes back on. This was a lovely shopping experience, purely due to Leratos personal attention go me! There was another customer in the shop, and Lerato gave us equal attention all the time, while also manning the desk and answering the phone, etc. She's definitely one of the very best shop assistants out there!!
Very professional and friendly assistance from Wyness and Bonolo. Such a breath of fresh air ! So willing to help my wife and I and recommended exactly what we needed for our next chapter.
The lady today was very friendly and organized. She spoke with respect and we are highly appreciative towards that.
