Wanted to buy a white jersey - my size was the size the mannequin was wearing. Staff refused to let me purchase the product as the owner doesn’t allow them to touch the mannequins. Therefore they lose out on a sale and I have to drive across town to see if another store has the size I require

Absolutely terrible service. I've tried calling both branches with 4 different numbers for 3 days to no avail. I went to Rosebank today to exchange a dress size and was told it can oy be changed in sandton. Then I was told that they don't keep cash so I hv to get refund on credit card but I paid cash initially. Im pretty sure that legally you are not allowed to fo that if the client paid cash. The store manager in Rosebank was so rude that ill never support Jo Borkett again. The quality of the linen dress was not up to the normal standard with untidy button holes and thread. Zero stars

I am wearing a Jo Borkett dress today which I bought in the early 1990's! I still love it as much as when I bought it. We now live in the country so I don't get to the shops much. Also we are retired, but hey, my wardrobe still has some glorious items from your shop. Thank you thank you!

Beautiful design dresses &love their farbric colours,but worst lining that causes one to sweat a lot hence to not enjoy the dress,which forces one tho go to a dress maker to change the lining
