Nice prices Customer care service is great and 100% recommendations for the place You should atleast know what you want when you get there.

Always full of stock. Size 10's go very quickly! Staff are knowledgeable, and I love that the receipt gets emailed to me. Only part I don't like is that I have to touch the iPad to insert my email address. With Covid around I don't enjoy touching anything... so perhaps the cashiers can capture for you.

The service is pathetic, the staff is rude. Will I recommend anyone to shop here never. My shopping experience was a nightmare. Watch their team ignore this review.

Favorite Forever New store! The staff are super helpful and friendly and so willing to assist. They can also advise you on new items or clothing similar to ones you love. Such great variety!

I LOVE this Forever New store. I can’t visit Sandton City without visiting my favourite fashion store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Madison is particularly amazing. Garments are guaranteed to impress and are oh-so elegant.

The staff make it clear that they get commission for sales. The ladies on the floor literally pull the items from your hands and ask if you want to try it on or pay! My shopping experience was tense and unpleasant. Also, there is an excessive amount of clothes messed with base on the collars...atleast 5 items on 1 rail!!!?

I often buy from this particular store - it’s always beautifully clean and the staff are friendly. Sente is fabulous and goes out of her way to assist - a 5 star recommendation from me.

This store charged R600 more for a dress compared to their online store and other Forever New retail stores. If you find something here you like, and it fits, check the online store or check prices at any other Forever New branches, because you're probably going to pay extra shopping at this branch.
