Limited range and size availability but good service.

Called in to enquire about a pair of shoes and the guy that answered could not hear me. He claims to be the manager but cannot control his staff from making noise while he is on a call. Terrible service telephonically.

Found an awesome shoe but there was no availability in my size. Asked the sales assistant to please check if any store in Gauteng has my size and she found several excuses not to. Very disappointing.

Very limited stock and sales ladies who are visibly irritated when you ask a queation
