Clothes are beautiful but service was pathetic. Stood waiting by the tills until eventually had to call someone siting at the back for help.

I love me a Yde Clean and has a great selection of designer items. Staff always willing to assist.

Clothing is high quality how ever some clothes are just over priced. I guess target market

Spacious shopping space with good ranges but could do much better with their variety.

The store has a variety enough for all women from all walks of life.....you're spoilt with choice BUT this is nothing compared to the awesome staff at the store. The entire Sandton City store staff is a bunch of G.OA.Ts. Really the store has the best customer service, the stuffpity i forgot the lady's name literally walked the entire store with me and we had over 8 dresses I'm a 'tomboy' and have no fashion sense at all with me and we narrowed it to the perfect one. They even went through the care tips with me to ensure i take good care of the dress. I was 'turning heads' at the wedding and EVERYONE couldn't believe it was me. Guys i haven't felt this good in some time. This was sure value for money Sandton City YDE. You've set the bar too high for me so I'm expecting NOTHING less than this on my next visit. Yal are absolute Gems!!!!!!!

My boyfriend bought shoes for me from this store and they were a size big. So we took them back to get a size that fits me. When we got there we talked to one of the assistants and asked her to check if they have my shoe size. They didn't have it but they said they will check at other stores and have it delivered to their store and they will call us when it had arrived. We left our details. They never called and my boyfriend had to go back to the store to ask if the shoe has arrived. Turns out, that ignorant assistant who said will help us didn't bother checking at other stores if my shoe size is available. One of the other assistants had to check again and call us once it's delivered. They never called again!!! My boyfriend had to go back again to check if the shoe has arrived. This time they had already sold the shoe without even contacting us. What a bad service!!! The assistants are ignorant. I mean if you not going to do your job might as well quit cause you getting paid for nothing. I'm so disappointed I don't even accept the managers apology cause I don't want it. I want my shoes or my money. I'm still waiting for that call to come get my shoes by the way. It's been almost 3 weeks now dealing with this issue.

The first time I got in their store I was looking for an outfit for a wedding,I had moved around the mall and entered almost every shop I just couldn't find anything,my husby was getting irritated the wedding was the same day starting at 12 am and it was around 10:30..lol so he decided to leave me so I walk around alone and then let him know when I had found something,I liked YDE when I was outside before I even entered the shop,as soon as I entered Oooh myy GodI fell inlove,I messaged him before I had even found an outfit and I told him I felt like a kid in a candy store and that I had found something ,and indeed 5 minutes later I got an amazing outfit including the shoes!till now I only shop in YDE and nowhere else...

Best fashion sense in SA so far. A bit pricey but I always find what I am looking for.
