Horrible customer service. Basically have to beg for any assistance. And when you get it, they’re rude and unhelpful.

Terrible customer experience... Nobody cares to help you and gives a very arrogant attitude when they just look at you.

My experience is Exceptional  after sales assistance by adidas and their flagship store in Sandton.  My husband purchased a Christmas present for my son at the store when on a business trip from overseas. He left for the airport on the same day. When he arrived home I was disappointed that the item was not quite right. I contacted Adidas customer services and much to my surprise , they together with the Sandton Flagship store, sorted our item out , even though we were already out the country. They assisted us  so quickly that we received the replacement in time for Christmas.  We’ll done and THANK YOU Adidas !! You ensured that our sons Christmas gift, is exactly what he asked for, and that it arrived before Christmas. We will support the store and the brand whenever we can. Thank you for Fantastic after sale service!!

Very awesome shop! Best adidas store I have been to! Please update your store trading times… I got there at 7:30 and it was supposed to be open according to GMB but it wasn’t. Staff are well Knowledge and exchanges were done so quick!

Beautiful store and amazingly friendly staff. Range is beautiful and is both Adidas Orginals and Performance range. The change rooms are next level technology. Definitely pop in if you can..

Awesome service. We needed to change a L A Gear sneaker  that had a factory fault. Both the sales lady and manager went out of their way to assist us. No hassles just great customer service

The sales team is excellent and the environment and space perfect and the lady who served me she did her job perfectly managed to get a pair of adidas sneaker perfect everything is this place is perfect. Please stock more suede sneakers.
