Chicken Licken- Carnival Mall

I bought a lunch meal at this establishment and it was disgusting!! Not only was it burned, but the chicken wasn’t fresh and it tasted and smelled like old oil was used. I complained and was asked to make a turn at their pace the next time I’m in town… but I’m good! Never going back! Very sad that I wasted my money!!! Attached is pictures but it doesn’t even show just how disgusting it really was!!!

One thing about this chicken is that they always burn their meat, to a point where it becomes salty and dry. This is the worst chicken licken I've been too in my entire life and the sad thing is it is the only chicken licken closest to me. Despite the long waiting for ur order, the meat is burned and dry.

I am a regular customer at your store. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is good to see them working together as a team. However 2 days ago it seems like the quality chicken has dropped and taste differently. Have you now changed your chicken supplier?

This is one chicken licken where you are told you not allowed to choose the type of pieces you want, I don't know if it's from Management or what but a customer deserves to be treated decently and given what they paying for. Even when you point a the menu and say can I have exactly that, yeyiiiii they'll dispute your order whilst taking your money

Chicken was disgusting and so was the service from the ladies or I should not call them ladies let's call them woman chewing those dame chappies whilst speaking to you. Really love your food but I think you lost a customer.

Yesterday I bought the toast meal the Muslim lady helped me. I'm truly disappointed, how can y'all give people oold bread??? My toast was like rubber and hard ! It cut my gums I can't even chew my food properly, this is ridiculous honestly, rather don't sell toast if it's gonna be old please
