Lovely shop, the ladies very patient and Helpful. They really understood the assignment.. No need for appointment, but do try to call ahead. We fitted 3 dresses and found our dress there. They do alterations if necessary. Or recommend someone who can.. The prices of dresses we fitted ranged between, R5000 and R8000. Beautiful dresses indeed.

This place is awesome! I don’t like shopping for clothes AT all, this will be my go to place in future, walked in, got the best individual service, within an hour I was sorted with a stunning dress and very sexy shoesthe ladies there know exactly what will work for you!

I was in a 'short notice fix' to find a perfect outfit for a Black Tie event and happened across Chickita's in my frantic search. This ended up the happiest finding of any Boutique ever. I walked in and just said that I need a dress for a Black Tie event. And et voila! Prudence assisted me with such flair and knowledge that it stunned me more than the gorgeous dresses and other attire in the Boutique. Without me having to tell her, she assessed my dress size, the colors that would suit my hair and skin color, the size and perfect match of shoes and other accessories needed, the style of outfit best suited to my body type.... I didn't need to fit 25 dresses and 9 pairs of shoes kudos to the people who do, I just don't have the patience myself for such long fitting excursions. She handed me 4 or 5 choices but I didn't even need to fit them all before the perfect one was apparent! I really felt attended to in all aspects! I got heartfelt, personalized care and attention to my specific needs and personal preferences. Usually with retail a person feels pushed and coerced more often than not. Prudence didn't make me feel like that at all and made me feel that what I needed was taken care of! Even though my shopping was quite to the point I can tell you their range is quite wide and such stunning clothes, accessories, shoes in one place will be hard to come by. The sheer quality of their clothing in both the materials that are used and craftsmanship of each item definitely justifies the price tag. Chickita's is in one word EXQUISITE! Prudence to you and the other lady there who was just as friendly and attentive a great big thank you from me! You were a big part of what made the Black Tie event turn out very special! I will definitely be visiting you again when the hunt for perfect starts for my daughter's wedding late next year....

The friendly and professional ladies at Chikitas gave us the best service. We felt so welcomed and they all went out of their way to find the perfect dress for the three young ladies I went shopping with. Thank you Chikitas staff for a very pleasant shopping experience.

The people are not very friendly... But the 1 lady was very nice and helpful... And she really tried her best to find the perfect dress for me... But I really think some of the dresses are over priced...
