I have ordered from Dashing Fashion Multiple times with no issues, i even went as far as driving all the way to the store ones to exchange an item. I am super disappointed on how I received a dismissive answer from Charlene with her response to me not receiving one item i never received in my parcel. And when I phoned her she is downright rude, and tells you she is not liable for delivery or any issues she packed the order. I even had to stop her and say can i pls speak and eventually she puts the phone down. Below is a copy paste of her very rude customer response after i sent a polite query: The dress was sent I packed it my self all 3 items where there Please check again Kind regards Charlene I have better things to do than make up complaints worst customer support ever. So much for supporting a local business, never again.

I have been shopping with Dashing Fashion for years since they first opened! Charlene has been nothing but supportive, helpful and honest! Both online and in store shopping g has been a breeze with my online orders arriving quickly and returns being such a quick painless process! I can not thank you enough for all the extra time and effort you girls have put in to make sure I always have the best! 10 out of 10 would definately recommend Dashing Fashion !

I have ordered twice from dashing fashion and both times I have been blown away by the luxury quality of the items! The fabrics are really quality and true to size. My items arrived really quickly and customer support kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend this store for trendy items to keep up with the trends of the season as well as get items that you can wear for a long time because of the good quality.

Wanted to order something with them - but thank goodness for reviews! After all the Google and Hello Peter reviews, I don't know how someone has not reported this Charlene to the Police. Ordering and paying for something, but never getting the goods is fraud - it violates everything in the Consumer Protection Act.

A few weeks back I ordered some dresses from Dashing Fashion. I was super excited and worried at the same time. Only after I placed my order, I read the reviews and started regretting my purchase.Needless to say it arrived within 2 days I have been over the moon since then. Thanks so much Dashing Fashion for my delivery and your beautiful clothes. I will definitely be ordering in the future again

So extremely disappointed with the service from the owner of this business! After telling her about my previous bad experience with online shopping she assured me it wouldn't be the same with Dashing Fashion. It's probably worse. I've sent 9 mails in just over a month and I'm still waiting for my parcel. No payment confirmation was sent nor delivery date. For a company that sponsors Miss SA you would expect a little more professionalism. The 2 mails I have received back with no actual information are so rude and blatantly obvious that she doesn't hold all customers to the same standard

Poor Customer service and handling of problems. Received a dress that was incomplete had a missing tie at the back making dress impossible to wear. Sent numerous messages between August and November asking to please replace dress, send missing back tie so I can actually wear the dress or credit it. Received a message back eventually advising sorry we don't have it supplier never sent it and that was that. Have had to pay a seamstress to adjust dress so I can actually wear it. Not a great experience.
