China Plaza Umbilo

China plaza is great. They have everything you can imagine, kitchen ware, furniture,garden supplies, toys, fish tanks, make up.. almost any item that you can imagine. The staff are okay, the cashier's are definitely on the friendly side. You're not always able to get help because the staff will just inform you that " they don't know" where something is, even if it's right there. The shop is nice over all. The toilet facilities are not great but they're better than most petrol stations. Parking is sometimes a mission though so be prepared for that if you go over the weekend or at month end. I will and do keep going back there because everything is a bargain.

They have good quality products. However, their parcel storage cabinet are very small and can't accommodate bigger bags. I broke my water bottle there as a result of that.

Everything but the kitchen sink. But then again, they might have the kitchen sink. It's just hot inside the building in the summertime. I normally go for my aquarium needs. They have an excellent selection of fish tank filters, airpumps, heaters, and lights.

Prices are not too bad But not too good either... Some of their prices are gone up tremendously. Some merchandise are even priced higher than our supermarkets. But it's worth it if needing to get unusual gifts ND stuff. Won't really recommend their groceries though .. it's cheaper at our local supermarkets

We get most of the equipment here like electricity, home equipment, this is the best shop for us

Lots of everything you would expect at reasonable prices. Be warned that there is no effective air-conditioning and the place is unbearable on hot days - dangerously so. Best plan to go towards the evening and on cooler days.

Amazing prices, good quality, large selection of just about everything...worth a visit!

The shop has got lots of items to buy at a very reasonable price. There's ample parking for customers. I highly recommend the place.

Great Place to Buy whatever you need, Homes Utensils, Schools stuffs, Event Equipments, Sounds, Weapons And All and Sundry

Extremely hot place, no air-conditioning just a few fans blowing hot air around. Place is extremely dusty and dirty. Does not seem like they used any cleaning chemicals. Prices are higher than advertised at the till. The do have a great variety of items for sale. Improvements can be done to make shopping experience more comfortable.
