Decent selection of tiles. Some designs that I haven't seen at other stores. Store is neat, spacious and welcoming. Service is brilliant and there are no issues with returning excess materials. Prices of tiles are more or less market related, but are a few rands higher than other stores in certain instances. Materials and accessories such as trims and tile adhesives are reasonable, unlike other stores I've been to who make a killing in these items.

Store layout is great, you can walk through the showroom and plan/ compare products. I appreciate that the prices are displayed on each item and clearly visible. Excellent service from knowledgeable staff and great deals are available with ongoing promotions. There is a wide selection of upmarket merchandise to choose from across various brands. Only downside is the delay with despatch which took longer than necessary and limited parking availability.

Well organised showroom, a little smaller than most which can make it seem cramped. But great variety of stock. Staff are helpful and attentive. A bit on the pricey side for the average lower to middle class but all due to the high grade quality. Wheelchair accessible, and adhering to covid regulations.the collection of goods are is behind the shop and very busy with staff on forklifts, just need to mind your step and watch your surroundings, while you park on the road to collect ypur goods delivered to you on a forklift. All in all good quality merchandise and variety.

Long tedious process from invoicing and then have to park outside their premises at the rear until served. No more than one customer vehicle allowed in due to poor house keeping and stock strewn all over the yard. Be very aware of your surrounds

All fast and efficient, first come first serve so if you wait a bit its because they busy and someone else was there before you.

Their Products are well displayed and they suit's perfectly with mid range customers
