Great place to buy bulk groceries. The stock holding is impressive. Prices are good when items are on special, look for the items with the red price tags. They also have printed booklets and whatsapp deals, so be sure to sign up for this. They have recently added a cold foods section and have large variety of items in there
Spacious, everything available, 2 stars go to the fact that you can not shop in peace here, they roughly drive those carts carelessly, you have to constantly duck fast carts while shopping. The drivers of these cars have no patience at all. Very irritating and rude.
I always do my buying at Finro. You have to prepare yourself for long queues of waiting to do payment but it's all worthwhile to wait. There might not be assistance as you would like but if u call the staff and personnel is always there and willing to assist. I don't mind driving down because each rand spend is value for my money and the fact that I get my notifications on time as to their specials, I am this far a satisfied customer..Well done Finro and Team.
Having a worse day at finro very poor service..
Good afternoon, I visited the Finro cash and carry in PE today and lost a R200 and one of your team members, Charmaine went out of her way to check who lost money and she contacted me even if I could not answer the first phone call she left a voicemail and phoned back. I am extremely impressed by the excellent service. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work.

Very bad service. Please check the dates of the stock as they think it's ok to sell stock that expires in 4 days. Good luck on finding an employee of theirs that cares
Always product lines out of stock or missing permanently. Not as well priced as they used to be. Long queues and unpacking your own trolley at the till is not appreciating you as a customer. Thank you Gawie.. You made a plan to help get my small trolley of goods through without having to wait behind massive mountains of goods clogging up the lines. But the pay queue is still not customer friendly. Please find a better system
Everything a shopkeeper needs to run smoothly. From general hardware to most grocery and counterlines. At prices sure to make everyone smile. This place is loved by farmers and townsfolk alike. Friendly staff, excellent service. I've been shopping here for more than a quarter of a century . Good place for that much needed retail therapy hey! Flexible shopping hours, ample parking and wide variety of products. Lots of promotions in-store as well. Finro has undergone many a facelift and management upgrade. Yet they still have a proven track record in the goods supply industry.
The service is getting bad tp worst.. People are not willing to help.. Called 5 time to place my order.. The lady answering the phone getting irritated she kept transferring my call with no one replying.. Lady taking the order is doing a huge favour.. On call n collect... Im sure this poor service will definitely effect their business eventually.. Please respect your customers
