Nice, homely hotel not far from O.R. Tambo International Airport. Very reasonably priced. The room I stayed was neat and the furniture was aesthetically pleasing. The ambience was calm. Although, the location is neat and serene, it is far from convenience stores so you need to book uber to make a quick buy.Rooms: 4/5

Reception should react better for people who ask for guests
The hotel is close to Jhb airport and freeways. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and outside area. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Staff is friendly and efficient. The manager is very hands-on. Checks on his guests, he never walks pass a guest without checking on them. He doesn't mind getting his hands dirty in kitchen making meals. Wow, that you don't see all the time. If you are in the area drop in for coffee or beer. I recommend their pizza,its mouth watering.
Please upgrade your inhouse cafe menu to more variety, please add pasta as well and another saladRooms: 4/5
My room has patches in the paint work where plasterwork had been done and not painted. But the beds were comfortable and clean, so 3 stars... interpersonal interactions with staff was very pleasant and they were very helpful. The infrastructure was problematic, I was on a work trip and the WIFI was nit operational, I was equally unable to use my sim connection as I got such a poor signal in my room granted cell signal is not their fault, but as I needed to work it was a business trip I was effectively unable to... and when I enquired about the WiFi the response was so blasé I was surprised, yes we are aware... when I enquired again in the morning they said they would get a technician on it... and that was where I thought the problem resolution was unacceptable... midweek you have business people at your facility and have no WiFi infrastructure... where is the urgency
Rooms were clean, comfortable and food delicious. However, we were 2 adults , sleeping in separate rooms for 2 nights. First night the tilling system crashed, so we paid our restaurant bill cash without slips. The 2nd night I was woken up twice by the waitress at 23:00, even with a do not disturb tag on the door. Stating I must pay a difference of R90 for the 1st night's bill. I explained that we both paid, but the other lady's food was billed on my room number. But she did pay, they must check her room number on the system. I took it up with the manager the next morning. After breakfast we checked out, and with checkout they stated I have an outstanding bill. On checking the slips, they other lady's food bill, that she paid cash, ONCE again billed to my room, unpaid. This is unacceptable, being WOKEN up for a fault not on my side.
