Very good so far

I just sent a Friend to Barnes just now, I am in KZN been there and loved their product and always wanted to buy from them. But she was told they do not deliver in KZN, I requested to speak to one staff which was Francis, who told me from the start I must go to Cash build. Without asking where in KZN I was. Trying to explain to him the prices are expensive as I need galvanized, he said Cash Build was much cheaper. I explained I just went to all hardwares and when checking on Barnes website I discovered they were way cheap and I had someone closer who was willing to go there. What shocked me the most is when he said Barnes Fencing does not have a website. I am utterly insulted, not only that, he gave the phone back to the Lady and walked away. It is shocking the way we conduct business in South Africa, being so rude and inconsiderate to someone is just unacceptable. I have been to this place, I have referred people to this place, but I am shocked. I went back, the website is still there, and the prices of the products are still there much Lower. But who then gives him the right to be so rude? Appalled  and disgusted in 2022.

Staff members are very slow and weigh brigde faulty doesn't correspond with the reception.

Most unfriendly place i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Get sent pillar to post where nobody knows or seems to care how to assist Also drive nearly 200km after confirming availability only to find no stock

concerned that the likes of a Nicole smith and a nandi du ploy and reception would block calls from tracing agents...clearly a company with no morals or ethics..I think Mr Barnes should relook at the calibre of staff he hires...thankfully I have passed the information on to the relevant tracing agents and the steps will be taken against those concerned and the company..

Wow its just part of a truck drivers life..ive came to load at Barnes fencing got here at 11 and 9 in the eve im still waiting to load thats my experience thats all i got to say

It's a big place but not well managed it's disgusting
