I joined a friend, who was staying there, for dinner. The food was good but the service was shocking. The waitress took forever to come and take orders. And then they closed the kitchen at 21:30 when the hotel said that the kitchen closes at 22:00. The waitress did not warn us before closing the kitchen and we stayed hungry for the rest of the night. She was full of attitude when we gave feedback. Very unprofessional and totally spoiled our experience.

I joined a friend who was a guest at the hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and the service was on par for a good hotel although considering it was quiet it should have been a bit sharper. The omelette make by the chef was outstanding and that alone is worth the visit! I cannot comment on the rooms.

Frontoffice - Staff very friendly, professional and assist me very fast. Rooms - Clean, neat, need a bit of a update but on standard with star rating. Coffee station, place to work, clean comfy bed. Bathroom - toilet and shower with amnities. No complaints. TV network - not lots of options. Free channels. Restaurant - Breakfast is the star of the story here. Lots of options. Dinner - although my food was very good, we waited very long and some essential dishes as on menu was left out on plate without any explanation or asking if we want something else. Free welcome drinks and wifi available. Pool and Bar available as well as room service. Close to hospitals and Business district as well as shops. Did not experience loadshedding... for that I will add a star. Safety: Have to scan in when entering premises. Keep ID or Drivers licence ready. Noteworthy details: Hotel should add USB plugs in room, at bedstands.

I had fun at the Hotel, and the stuff was friendly, especially the night shift team... Rooms: Rooms are okay but are missing few things nearer like Microwave and water tap for drinking coffee or tea

A 3 star hotel with a 5-star customer service! Glen and Cynthia at Reception were exceptional! Nothing was too difficult for them to do to make our stay warm, welcoming and comfortable.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful, quiet hotel not far from many medical facilities and businesses, at a walking distance. Service is acceptable, the nightshift guy at reception desk works alone and is sometimes overburdened. Rooms are very good and clean. There was no fridge, or at least I did not find it.Rooms: 4/5
