Enjoyed my stay here with friendly and professional service. Rooms are spacious and clean and well decorated with all the amenities you would require. Even had a lovely blanket brought to the room without me requesting for it. Very close to the place I was going to and highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5

My TV did not work, but still a pleasant stay. Ate at the in-house restaurant and the food was great.Rooms: 3/5

I had a great stay with excellent restaurant and staff. Gym and pool deck centrally within a garden paradise.  Rooms: Clean and Spacious room with good ventilation and super silent sealing windows.  Excellent bathroom and comfortable working space.

I love City Lodge, I always book when I have a work trip. I like my quietnessRooms: 5/5

Found the cup I drank tea with dirty, the other cup had hair inside, they don't replace the towels, the scan to contact reception is not working, there's no bar fridge,they run out of food during buffet breakfast. You find the pillow cases you slept with the previous night not changed. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star.Rooms: 1/5

The room and overall establishment was very clean. Very friendly stuff and the security is also good. Well located so easy to travel to surrounding areas in Sandton.Rooms: 4/5

Not a good experience. Very noisy in the lobby. Other guests very loud laughing and shouting and the staff don’t do anything about it. Very bad service from the restaurant, waited more than an hour for a pizza.Rooms: 3/5

No fridges in rooms and the pool isn’t cleaned regularly enough but it’s not a bad place to stay

I understand this hotel has only been reopened recently since lockdown.  Such a group of lovely, friendly, courteous staff! I wish you guys all the best. You deserve to be going from strength to strength!
