Overall it's a pleasant stay. The location was good. It's just near to Mandela square mall. The hotel operating a free shuttle to the Mall. Check in and Check out are quick. Breakfast options were good. Gym was really good with all amenities. Almost every day I did jogging over treadmill. A very big swimming pool was also there.Rooms: 5/5
Apart from being an ideal location it is managed very well. Nick who I believe is the manager is hands on. I stayed for 3 weeks and he made sure my stay was comfortable. The staff is excellent from the receptionist Abigail, kitchen staff and the door men. Shout out to Joseph in the kitchen for making the best oatmeal porridge complete with a killer presentation .
This is one of the best Hotels in Sandton. Spacious Rooms is the plus point for me. Good quality linens & amenities. Access to the planet fitness gym makes you feel like in our own city. Breakfast has Huge selection.
My family had a lovely stay beautiful views, clean rooms, good breakfast. Sadly they only have 1 high chair for a child. So for families be aware of this if you have multiple toddlers, carry your own.
Basic standards, food was extremely underwhelming shared sentiments by our conference group, service was meeh, and rooms were super basic shower cap, soap and lotion. One of our participants was not picked at airport as promised first time young traveller calling the hotel and being told that they were not booked for transport and had to be helped by police. Extremely disappointing.
The Head Chef was rude and not helpful, had a two day conference there, each day the attitude and treatment got worse. I ended up not eating and brought my own food for myself and the team. We were artist and not dressed formal, he made even the staff look down on us only treating those that were attending as guests and us as rubbish. Even what they served menu looked weak and dry.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Sandton with all the basic amenities. Very good staff A special mention to the front desk staff who gave me park view room for the second night as I wanted to have a good view room. Came here for our business trip and I was impressed by the hotel. Had everything and more than what we needed. Great place. Rooms: The room was perfect even though I shared with someone. Nearby activities: Close to restaurants and malls in the area. Safety: 10 out of 10. Safety is on point.

It is good option near two malls and room is good just missing espresso machine like rest of world wide Radisson I have visited Restaurants is amazing in meat options, pizza is not good and sides are not good for low carps option Team is always smiling and supporting Also it is very secure Reception is in 13 floor so don't be confused but I found it good option with 6 elevators so no delays
