It was a quick in and out when I went to pay car licence disk and staff cheerful and friendly

Small parking area with car guard. Queue is with a seating system- move along the chairs as clients are assisted. Seating for at least 40 people. Friendly security on entry and spent an hour, having been 25th on arrival. Very clean bathroom too, which was a lovely surprise.

I was blown away by Liesel's professionalism, kindness and care. She definitely went the extra mile and took the time to listen to my query. She managed help where no one else was willing to. Thanks so much Liesel. May the Lord continue to bless you.

They close during load shedding, so check the load shedding schedule beforehand so that you don't waste a trip.

Car licence renewal. Excellent service. 7 minutes from time of arrival to departure. Pity all municipal services are not as well organised.

The process of renewing my car license was very well organized and safe, the service provided by all the personnel on duty was excellent and the process fare and very efficient. Thank you and well done.

Expect to queue for as long as you can. Barely any service...
