Just been to that shop, cashier's don't know what they doing, first cashier refused to give us tablets then second one came and told him to give it and he didn't want to explain its use. These tablets affect heart, livers and chest. When asking them what it's for they just both kept quiet, and took our money without saying a thing. Please for people's safety, change the employees to people who actually know what they're doing and not chancers.
