Extremely impressed with the customer service received from Nathaniel. He manage to source a very important medication within 2 days. He kept me updated of the progress and had it delivered to me. I was not expecting THAT kind of customer experience because I don't generally expect it. Well done!

Absolutely pathetic service. Some staff members have no phone etiquette. Rude and arrogant! Don't even have the decency to block the receiver whilst complaining about the customer.

Pelican pharmacy needs to revise their delivery services or not offer the service at all. 28 November 2022, we placed an order for meds at 5 30pm, meds never arrived despite frequent follow up's with pharmacy whilst awaiting delivery, Pharmacy assured us that the driver is on the way and almost at delivery address, waited from 6pm to 8 30pm, no delivery, 8 December 2022, a repeat event occurred, we called the pharmacy, before placing the order, we stressed the fact that my kid is unwell running a fever , if the pharmacy could not deliver, please let us know before we place the order, pharmacy once again said they will deliver with no issue, sad to say, we waited from 6pm to 9pm, no meds delivered , yet again whilst waiting, we called the pharmacy and was assured, the driver is almost there. Pelican pharmacy put me under unnecessary stress as I had to rush to dbn cbd around 9 30pm in the rain to get to a pharmacy that closes at 10pm so that I could get my kid the relevant meds. Total disregard for customers especially for a sick kid, extremely disappointed.

It's really quiet annoying that the phones are either un clear or engaged or you get cut off numerous times. When an elderly person is in need of medication and you just can't get through. As a business I would think that your communication lines should be the first thing to be sorted out.

Delivery guy thinks he's driving on a race track . When asked y he's driving so bad he's response was he is in a hurry which still doesn't give him the right to drive in the manner he did

Staff was eager to assist me,l. I called in to say I'll be a little late, kept t doors open for me., thank you. Awesome drive they are running. Keep a girl in school.

Extremely helpful and repectful staff. Will go an extra mile to help u. They try to their best of their ability to adhere to your request even emergency deliveries.
