The store is clean and staff are very helpful. However, the prices of products are often not a true reflection at the till. Usually with the beauty products and it always takes long for them to go verify and void and and and. It would also be helpful if more cashiers were open during busy times of the day. Otherwise, I always find the products I am looking for.
WHY DONT THIS SHOP ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE. TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION IS VITAL IN ANY BUSINESS.HAING A CLICK IN THE AREA WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES THEREFORE ITS BETTER TO CALL AND SUPPORT THE PAVILION BRANCH. THIS NOW CALLS FOR THE CEO ATTENTION .MRS ENGELBRECH.
Long wait in cashier queue, only two cashiers, very slow, place for up to eight cashiers
Always so busy not enough staff and never answer there calls
Called to request meds. They found my chronic med script on the system which had been left at Bluff Clicks. Prepacked it. Quick process to pick up. Very helpful and efficient staff.
Lack of professionalism, staff having loud hearty conversations regarding personal matters, feel like you getting in the way of their gossip with the cheeky response you receive, cashiers requesting assistance more than once, items not backshopped...overall not the Clicks standard...shopping here leaves a bitter taste in your mouth
Most pathetic service in any Clicks country wide on a daily basis .would rather do shopping anywhere else due to no service
They make you wait outside in the heat and take their own time to open up. They're supposed to open up at 9am. A woman literally fainted outside the shop from standing in the heat waiting got them to open up the store. Can clearly see that their customers don't come first in their eyes.
Tried for 3 days to speak to someone. The Pharmacy is rather busy, and understand this, however Clicks needs to become the Clicks of the 70's 80's and 90's. I'm an ex employee and we were passionate and driven...What has happened??? Even when they do answer the phone, it sounds as though they are not even awake. Very disgruntled.
1. There is no one enforcing social distancing outside the store. 2. There is no communication as to how patrons are allowed entering the store. You supposedly have two queues. One to go to the pharmacy and another to just shop. There already exists a long line outside the store due to people saying they want to just do shopping but instead joining the pharmacy line once in the store in an effort to skip the mentioned pharmacy queue. 3. You have blatant notices outside the store, by the SAPC, instructing all patrons to wear masks before entering the store otherwise the pharmacy will refuse service. But your own security guard is wearing a mask for fashion by the looks of it around his chin.
