Absolutely bad service. NEVER EVER SEND YOUR PET HERE, if you want them to come back healthy and well taken cared off. My Maltese went in a normal dog, came back with an injury to the spine which eventually paralysed him within two days. Even the specialist at Westville vet advised nothing could be done and we had to put my baby down. The injury was definitely occurred at classy pets as only after he came back did he get ill. Never trust them with your pet. Adhere before it’s too late!

I am from no. 2 cool street. This is one place that I will NEVER recommend. They are useless and have no mercy on anybody's pets, I have attached a photograph of my Dog Drake that went there and that is what they had done to his eye, he came back with a limp, he came back with discharge in his eyes, his nails were not clipped, his coat was the same, and he came back wet. I called their offices three times and asked them if the dog was okay and if their staff was okay and they told me that "All is good", "He is a good dog" and he is very well-behaved, they picked him up at 09:33am and dropped him off at 16:20pm. When I called Sagren the owner and told him that the dog is still the same, he called his workers only for them to tell him that the dog was vicious. THEY HAD THE DOG THE WHOLE DAY AND AT 16:30PM YOU TELL ME THAT THE DOG WAS VICIOUS! I called 3 times and nobody said anything - I mean if he was vicious he could have bitten another dog or someone as he was there the entire day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service!!!! They will hurt your pet! Ask around, everyone shares the same sentiments. They injured my dog and we lost him because of that injury. Worst place ever!

the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The grooming of my dog was just as I had wanted. Highly recommended

The staff are friendly especially the owners. I took my 2 small dog's for a day of pampering. One of them is a Yorkie who was given a beautiful and neat cut. I will definitely recommend them. They offer many other services for dogs. Obedience training is one of them which I will be booking my puppy in for.

I have a border collie who had got some of her mattered, classy pet care did a good job of getting the matting out without having to shave the dog. Also promptly called me when they were done. They also offer a pick up and drop off service.

If I could give a 0 I would. Unprofessional and pathetic service from the owner. Made a booking yesterday and take my cat this morning for the appointment. When I get there have to wait over 10 min to be seen to. Then I am told by this rude and abrupt owner that they no longer do cats and his maid gave me the wrong info and there's nothing he can do. Highly frustrated with his attitude, as I had to drive 20 minutes to get to them. They should close down their business if they cannot be professional.

They are good with my 2 Jack Russell's, they remember me and the dogs names, they even know the temperament of the dogs. They are very reasonable on their prices. Will recommend to anyone.

Please DO NOT send Ur dogs to Classy Pets. Pay more attention when Ur dogs get back. They get left in water for the entire day. They have foreigners working there that are inexperienced. It's all about the money. Money first. Please look around Chatsworth, queensburgh, u will get a better parlour. Kim
