Had a great massage, exactly what I needed and the therapist was also awesome however I was dissatisfied with the overall treatment. No welcome drinks were offered, not even tap water. The staff were noisy and subjected us to their personal calls, very unprofessional and just took away from the expected serene spa experience. I would not recommend it and I will not be returning

Amazing experience! I've been to a lot of spas for massages and this was the best I've ever received. Great service, very professional and peaceful.

The foot treatment I received was amazing and I have no complaints! However the staff was very noisy and cackled in the lobby while we waited to be helped. This took away from the entire experience and showed a lack of professionalism. A spa should be serene from the onset. Very unfortunate.

I was truly spoilt!  After a disappointing experience with trying to book a treatment, it came to managements notice. They made up for it and went out of their way to apologize and treated myself and my daughter to an amazing, pampering session with lots of treats and spoils as an apology. This is the Cleopatraz I know. Excellent service, relaxing atmosphere and gracious, friendly staff. Thank you for an amazing morning. I can truly recommend them.

This spa offers a variety of wellness services includes massages  I had a massage and i enjoyed every second. Would definitely recommend this spa to any one in Pretoria

The service was excellent but I paid more than I planned to pay, I booked an appointment for consultation which costs R400 but the doctor performed some analysis without informing me how much they costs, when I got to the reception table my bill was R1430 which I didn't budget.

Fantastic Spa. The place is exceptional and the staff is marvelous. I most certainly will go back.

This was one of the best full-body massages I've experienced in a while.
