Had a terrible experience during December 2021 with a new team of therapists in their Spa. The manager did not seem to inform the new team of therapists of the treatments that we booked. We received incomplete treatments, treatments that took about an hour and a half too long we were three friends and one ended up canceling all her other treatments as her nail soak off took so long, and they did not have the correct equipment to do the treatments. I'm hoping that the quality will improve, but I will not recommend them based on my experience.
The premises were clean and they allowed us to use the main kitchen to prepare dinner without any limitations nor issues. The breakfast they served us was great as well after a night of partying and excitement. Their patience for our guests of honor's arrival was heart warming as we were throwing a surprise party and we had a spa appointment for her. The owner pays special attention to her guests, lovely lady. We'll be coming back
What a lovely place! Large elegant rooms make this a really comfortable stay. The huge hose is beautiful and slightly unusual which make the experience more enjoyable. There is also a pool and an indoor jacuzzi. A big covered braai area and lovely spa. The owner, Fatima is a stunning person who made me feel instantly welcomed. She is accommodating and goes the extra mile to make sure her guests are comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Fa'Trez.
It was such a great weekend of resting and being pampered by the therapists. The food was prepared exactly to my taste as ordered, and the helpings was generous, yet affordable. I will definitely go back to get spoiled by them a little bit more.
Great space the owner and the staff were so welcoming and free. Rooms are spacious clean and well maintained. Breakfast options are great. Great value for money
