Clicks is the most beautiful and well-arranged pharmacy I have ever known. The staff is very approachable and friendly. Fast customer service. Affordable products from babies, and households to skincare & makeup. I love shopping there a lot. Their products are price worthy.
After all these years of loadshedding, no generator, would think for such a big company they would at least have one
horrible to no service and a terrible pharmacy to say the least from management to personnel, this is the way to have customer service these days
The line here is shocking everyday, no improvement. You find over 20 people queuing and only one teller to assist self meditation, collection and prescription. I even changed my area of preference when it comes to medication. I don't recommend this area unless if you're ready to spend over 1 hour on a queue
Absolutely shocking... A disgrace to medicine... Useless... Honestly... For the slightest simplest thing.... Expect a climb of a Mountain..... Zero customer service.... Dead zone.... A simple medicine.... is a labarynthine wait!!! Insulting. Diminishing..... I think this is partly because the most basic things are now scheduled.. So when people wonder why there is such a huge ant vaxxer expanding crowd with no trust of authority.... Medicine.. Here is part of the answer infantile Baby sitting laws..rules regulations . A. Very poor customer service from 'Management' Robby Dzambukeri. For a simple request for a refund on an item not discounted as per the special offer, he asked the impractical. After that he insulted me and my family after his cashier mistakenly redeemed my clubcard rewards to another customer. What a waste of my hour in this store.
There's always a quick answer to the question that you may have to consider asking The staff and management team. Well done for the best customer service you offer. Keep up the good work!
I don't know how they got 5 stars! Pharmacy is super slow and you always have to wait for some tablets, as they never give you the complete script. Queue very long, never enough staff and very slow!
The que at Pharmacy is always so long and although the staff do their best to work as fast as is possible, it is clear that more hands are needed, in order to provide a more sattisfied customer service.
Why does it say u close at 6pm but u actually close at 5pm? Stop wasting our time and decide on what time you close. There's always noise in the front or either one person who takes forever by checkout.
