Every time we come to Clicks Pharmacy at the Medicross there is always something on the prescription from the Doctor that they don't have in stock and their service is so slow.
You need to have time if you're going to this clicks. I don't understand how they take soooooo long. You can be next in line and literally wait 20 minutes before you get helped. They don't even answer their phones anymore.
Great service since new management took over recently , go there frequently for chronic meds and once off scripts , short wait 0 to 10 min in line and efficient staff .
Most pathetic service of any business I have seen in my life. More people behind the counter than customers in queue but you will still wait forever to get service
Very small and quiet but it has the basic essential pharmaceutical goods that you'd come to expect.
Three people in front of you in the queue means a fourty minute wait. It's literally the licensing department of pharmacies and all they're doing is fetching a box from a shelf
would give zero stars but there isn't an option to do that. pathetic service. takes forever. never answer phones
I called to find out if my script is on file at 10h15 I was on hold for 09m58s I hung up It is now 10h30 and I can't get through again .. as the phone is still off the hook --- one assumes I am still on hold!
Very friendly and efficient staff. Always a real pleasure doing business with them
I will not recommend this Pharmacy to anyone. Incompetent and bad service. If I could i would give a zero star rating. Its shocking for a pharmacy at a Medical centre.
