Mom was accused of stealing a R130 aftershave, clear misunderstanding but cashier lied to security, she put the aftershave on the counter and the cashier moved it, and thinking it was paid she put it in her bag with the other items, apparently the cashier said she kept it under her arm the whole time. But as soon as the alarm went off she went through her bag with security and they realised the item was never scanned, the manager decided to get police involved. Where they kept my mom for over an hour, intimidating her and demanding a CASH bail payment. The police were nice and understanding but the Clicks manager and security were extremely adamant and stubborn for a cash payment and we never received a slip for the cash payment, because apparently they can’t take card payments for the fee. Never again will I set foot in that store again.
Much like dischem, I have found Click's to be always clean with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you keep it up.

Phoned ahead of time to make sure that they have the certain product I want in stock. The lady assured me that they do have it in stock. They never had it!

Amazing staff helped me to identify some promotions and get value, not to mention the exceptional service. Forgive me, his name begins with Khob...., this guy is a phenomenal and knowledgeable representative of Clicks. Well done.
This is by far the worst Clicks ever! The staff have no idea what is going on and when I asked for my medication to be delivered they had to ask for my details 6 times on the phone. After not finding the medication 20min later on the phone I was told they don’t know and were super disinterested. They delivered my medication a month ago before and were one short and now refuse to deliver the one they owe me! It’s sad when people who work in the healthy industry have such an ‘ I don’t care attitude’.
I went to return a product today. I didn't have my receipt with me. Eunice Mboweni did everything in her power to assist me, despite tech challenges they were facing in store and a busy month end day. She took my club card, phoned customer care, printed out a receipt for me and refunded me on a gift card. She was running up and down between cashiers, customers and the shop floor, but still had a smile and a helpful, gracious attitude. It is so seldom that one receives good customer service, dealing with Eunice today was a beautiful experience!
Collected an online order. The staff didn't greet me. Weren't very friendly & helpful.
Gets stars because its the bigger store in centurion, looses stars because in the time we were there 3 customers were yelling about bad service and I was not treated aswell as I have been at other stores including other branches of clickes, also the one woman I beleave manager on duty was rude and seriously not a people's person,
