The clicks in Irene village mall has finally expanded and is looking great. Super convenient ad there is more variety now. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. Their pharmacy is also much more efficient now with a ticket system that allows you to shop until they call our your number. Really helps me save time as I'm usually in a rush. Love it!
A long awaited move to a much larger store, well stocked and what you expect from a click store.
Here we have a distinctive brand such as Clicks, relocating to a beautiful - no, stunning! - new space at Irene Village Mall, yet our first encounter with them was astoundingly bad. I went to the prescription counter, got a printed number and sat down in a row with three other clients waiting to be served; all clearly irritated with the lack of service. Nothing happens. It is 12:30 on a Tuesday. My wife approaches the only person visible at a window, apparently packing medicines. Asks me wife: "Are you open?" "No" comes the response, "I will help you when I am done here". We abruptly left; my wife to find a helpful pharmacy, and I to write this review.
I bought one product, of which the price differed when I got to the counter. Staff are rude and the manager doesn't even say greet and say "sorry for the inconvenience". Clicks please update your prices and shouldn't be necessary for me to remember the prices on the shelf nor the staff who has to sit with this problem at the till. You can't even get the basics right. Next you can go ahead and appoint people who actually can work in customer service. I don't recommend going to this Clicks.
I am very unhappy regarding my experience at Clicks Irene Mall yesterday. In particular with the pharmacy and pharmacy assistant who “helped” me yesterday. Her name is Minah. I was greeted with a passive aggressive “im still busy” when arriving at the counter while she flapped around pretending to do paper work. She had time to dance around to the music and deliberately ignore me as long as possible. I find this passive aggressive “im in charge” here attitude from your staff completely unacceptable. I will never step foot in any Clicks again after this experience and will recommend my patients fill their scripts and do their shopping elsewhere.
Misleading blackfriday adds, if you buy 3 appliances you did not get 40% off. The women at the counter was just like "well that's the way it is even if the add is right in front of her". Speaking in their language thinking we don't know what they are saying. Really bad experience
I waited almost an hour at the pharmacy. Absolutely no urgency to help customers. Clicks still seems to not be able to provide a service even though they are in a bigger shop.
The worse place to pick up a pargo package. You wait at least 15 minutes before someone you get the attention of anyone whilst at the collection counter. And yes, I do ask for assistance during that time. Add another 15 minutes for them to come back with your package from the back. Such an inconvenience! I thought it was once off but here I am again having the same experience.
I love the new Clicks. Thank you. And top service from everyone, especially Tshidiso. She even spoke Afrikaans!
Been to this store more than once and the pricing on items are incorrect. Staff very unhelpful and blame customers for repacking shelves...
