This place is supposed to be open at 8 people are waiting outside for medication and they can't open the doors because the pharmacists are not yet at work. This is disgraceful. It's now 9:25.

Kudos to Faith at the Pharmacy department, i struggled to get an Over The Counter order submitted for collection, and after speaking to the hopeless customer service agents, i decided to call the store directly and Faith stepped up and assisted me with my order within a few minutes. If anyone sees Faith in person, please give her a flower for me.

Staffs are friendly, however they take long time to put stock on shelves whenever it's finished. Another thing is that you find staff members hovering over your shoulder especially on the cosmetic shelves it's as if we criminals or something. NB!!!That will keep customers from buying or entering the shop.

I went there wanted medication on prescription at the pharmacy when get there my turn came I gave the guy the prescription which I had obtained on the 26 November 2021 from my doctor, the guy said I should have come the same day I was given prescription as I might no longer be sick, I said this medicine is for nausea and vomiting as I am pregnant and I still had it with that is why I did not come, he did not want to hear it telling me I must listen to him, he must also listen I thought prescription is valid for 30 days, I ended up asking for the script back and he gave it to me how rude, very disappointing first time experience
