1 rotten fruit ruins the bag!!! Firstly I'd just like to thank Molebogeng the pharmacist who was professional, kind and very helpful. She greeted with a smile, assisted with my request and even went the extra mile by offering to show us where the other item was in the shop. It's like I went from world class service Clicks pharmacy we love and trusted for years to a low class shop in the dumps as we approached the tills. Making our way to the tills, we noticed the floor was filthy but that was nothing. We got to the tills and to the shock of my life the cashier by the name of NTABISENG who was extremely unprofessional, no manners, no common curtesy just plane unpleasant human. We had to greet her as she made no eye contact with us and just started scanning the items.NOT CLICKS SERVICE I KNOW She scanned everything, didn't even ask for my club card, I'm the one that reached out to give it her NOT CLICKS SERVICE I KNOW She then walked away but before this she was having a full conversation with the cashier next to her by the name of LEKOTA and infront of us customers they were complaining about supervisors not knowing how to do their job NOT CLICKS SERVICE I KNOW "Now we must teach the managers everything" and she kept screaming to another employee about something while we were infront of her. She walked away, left us there and we were wondering what was going as all the items have been scanned and we were ready to pay and nothing was communicated to us. NOT CLICKS SERVICE I KNOW She came back and we asked " Can you please tell us what it is we are waiting for" and she rudly responded "Did you not hear the announcement I made calling for a supervisor " my word, the audacity and disrespect from her was beyond appalling. NOT CLICKS SERVICE I KNOW When we told her that she could have informed us that a supervisor needed to come authorise my clubcard since it was done manually and atleast apologised for the long wait we wouldn't have been standing there confused like idiots watching her have all kinds of conversations with Lekota. She did not apologise even after her incompetence was brought to her her attention. The crème de la crème was when she continued her conversation with Lekota while we were still talking to her. I know Clicks as a brand and their service and care is exceptional nationally and it's for this reason Clicks is my main partner Vitality and it's for this too I'll drive around looking for engen instead of the nearest filling station, basically, Clicks and it's partners are my first options always. I'm extremely dissapointed by the service from Nthabiseng and how she is tarnishing the Clicks brand and mostly Clicks Daveyton Mall. Ntabiseng and Lekota can learn a lot from Molebogeng
Gets awfully packed on month-end, be sure to go there in the morning to avoid long queues.
